With everything that has been going on in this slow stagnant economy many good people have been having credit issues. The country is facing record foreclosures and defaulted loans. This with layoffs and companies outsourcing jobs overseas has created a situation were good people have had their credit damaged.

But I have recently run across a company that provides bad credit loans. Believe it or not there are companies do believe that people sometimes make mistakes and others who have circumstances beyond their control that can sandbag them financially. That's why badcreditoffers.com helps ordinary people like you and I get a second chance. Do yourself a favor and check them out today.

My Visit to The American – French Genealogical Society

Saturday morning I got to visit The American – French Genealogical Society in Woonsocket, RI. I was incredible to see over 10,000 volumes of research material all under one roof. I felt like a kid in a candy store with so much to explore.

They had church records from all over Canada and areas of the United States were large concentrations of French Canadians lived. From what I understand they have one of the larges collections of French and French – Canadian research material in North America.

I can't wait to go back and continue my research if I can only convince Joy to let me go LOL. I intend to spend the $40.00 or so to join for a year. To Joy this is a crazy hobbies to me it is the most exciting adventure since getting married.

Gun Fantasy

f my wife allowed me to own a pistol I would love to have a top notch shoulder holster from Galco holsters. They make the famous Miami Classic just like Don Johnson wore in the Miami Vice television show. They also make some cool ankle holsters. But joy would never let me have a gun in the house. So I guess for now I'll just have to go with fantasy of the cool pistol and the cool leather accessories. I wonder what type of holster Charlton Heston used and did his wife give him a hard time about a gun?

New Hub Article

I just found a great site call Hubpages.com it's kind of like a blog but for individual articles. I just published my first article Called Starting your Family Tree. If you haven't checked out Hub Pages you might just want to. Like Blogger and Word Press it is free. You may have idea for a great article that would be two long for your normal blog post or not fit into your blogs theme. Instead of creating a whole new blog you can do a Hub Page. And like blogger you can earn money with adsense, Amazon.com, and even e-bay partners program.

Do Follow Comments

Google Inc.Image via WikipediaYou may have noticed the Do Follow logo in my site and the Do follow Blog Roll. So what is this do follow thing all about. Well in a nutshell the default settings for both word press and blogger is to spot search engines from following links in the comments sections of your post. That means if people leave comments it adds nothing to there Google or Yahoo rankings. If you modify the sites to be do follow friendly the search engines will spider threw to find the links from those who have posted comments.

I have modified my site to be Do Follow friendly for comments and so have all those in the do follow blog roll. This will help make people more willing to leave comments on your posts and with the "D-List" make more people find your site. You can always delete comments from spammers. Instead of restating less eloquently what some others have already posted here are a few helpful links about the subject.

Real Estate Rebates

I am a former Keller Williams real estate agent and member of the National Board of Realtors. As a former real estate agent I am always trying to keep up on what's new in the industry. Recently I found a very interesting program available from Prestige Realty Of North Idaho.

This company will provide a rebate both buyers and sellers of up to $10,000.00. That's right $10,000.00 back in your pocket, can you imagine. If your a buyer they will rebate you when you purchase your home no matter who has the listing as long as you let them represent you as a buyers agent.

As a member of the National Board of Realtors let me tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt if you are not enlisting the services of a top notch buyers agent you are getting screwed. No matter how nice the agent that has the listing is he or she is contracted with the seller and is legally bond to represent the buyers interest not yours. If you go without a qualified buyers agent by your side you are a sheep waiting to be fleeced.

Now when you can add the expertise of a buyers agent who is contracted to look out for your best interest not that of the seller, someone who is out to get you the best possible deal. Then add to that the ability to work with a company that will give you part of the commission they make as a rebate to you, you have nothing to lose. In my professional opinion you would be a fool not to take advantage of the services provided by Prestige Realty Of North Idaho.

Unless you are so rich money is no object then go ahead and ignore this money saving service that will actually put money back in your pocket at closing. And while you are at it if your so rich that money means nothing to you cut me a big fat check. But if your a normal American and not Donald Trump then you should really check out the link below and use this service to purchase your home.

Spring is here

StoryLand Theme Park in Glen, New HampshireImage via WikipediaAt long last winter is over and the nice weather is starting to appear. The kids are playing outside thank God. The flowers are starting to bloom. I know some people love the snow and we did have a couple of fun afternoons sledding with the kids, but overall winter is a drag.

I much prefer the warm weather and fun in the sun. I look forward to taking the kids to the zoo, the playground, and maybe an amusement park or two. Maybe we will go to Story Land in New Hampshire or maybe Santa's Village. Maybe Edaville Rail Road here in Mass. Oh Yes the Summer Fun.

23 Minutes in Hell

I just read a book that I would like to recommend to everyone. The book is entitled 23 minutes in Hell by Bill Wiese. This book is a real eye opener. According to this book God allowed Bill Wiese to experience hell first hand so he could come back and warn all of us to the reality of hell and how to escape going there.

I'm Finally Somebody

Today I was finally approved for PayPerPost. Seems like a hundred years ago I started my lot at blogging. You need to do a lot of posts and be diligent in your work, but eventually you reap the reward of approval. Today I reap the fruit of my labor.

In case your from the planet Pluto and have never herd of PayPerPost let me tell you a bit about them. They are a company that will pay you to blog about companies that want to advertise their products. These companies no that word of mouth advertising is the best form of advertising there is. That is like when you tell your friends about a good movie or a great restaurant. Well on the web word of mouth comes from bloggers who are always eager to share their opinion about something.

The great thing is that PayPerPost pays me to spread the word on top quality products and services by top quality advertisers. What I like is that I am never forced to take an assignment. If I don't approve of the product or service I can pass on the assignment. That means my readers can be sure that the opinions are for real. I love the idea of getting paid to post but lets face it integrity is more important.

But based on the quality of advertisers my wife has been able to post about I feel secure that I will feel comfortable with my money making recommendations.

Remembering my Mom

Well today would have been my mother Annette Theresa (Jean) Lunn's birthday. She would have been 68 years old today. I lost my mom on Nov 21, 2004. I was very close to my mother we were friends. To honor my mother I started a new blog profiling her ancestry. You can see a link to her profile below.

Just wanted to say happy birthday Mom. I love you and I miss you very much. I hope and pray you are save and sound in the arms of Jesus Christ in heaven. Mom even though you are gone you are not forgotten.

French Canadian Roots

Because I have been tracking my Step- Father Allen Linneaus Lunn and his family roots I decided to work on my Mother's side of the family along with real father Roger Turgeon. So I decided to start another blog to profile all the people on that side of the family.

The new blog name is French Canadian Roots. This blog will trace my ancestors who came to America, back threw Canada and hopefully all the way back to France. This will be challenging considering I don't speak French.

The families I am researching are: Jean, Ouellette, Turcutte, Michard, Mercier, Dube, Chaput, Turgeon, Lachance, and Silvestre.

Because this is the family photo album with lots of mystery people I decided to have a section showing some of these individuals. It is my hope that someone researching the same families will stumble across the sight and help identify some of those individuals.

The History of a New England Family

Because I have a passion for genealogy I created a new blog just for recording information about my Step Father Allen Linneaus Lunn and his family roots. This is an interesting family tree because it goes all the way back to the Mayflower. Allen was a descendant of John Alden and Priscilla Mullins who both came to Plymouth in 1620 on the Mayflower. Shortly after coming to the New World they fell in love and where married.

What is also very interesting is that many of his ancestors were not far behind many came within the first 20 years of the establishment of the Massachusetts Bay Colony. This makes for a very rich and interesting genealogy. The name of the sight is " The History of a New England Family. "

I got the idea of this type of blog from Family Tree Magazine. They did an article on family tree blogs. This should be a fun blog for me to do.

God's April Fools Joke

In a previous post I mentioned that a girl at work told her boyfriend she was pregnant. Then oh yes April Fools. But guess what all day long at work this girl has been stressing out because she may really be with child.

Things have away of getting back to you so be careful about what you say. God is listening and just might give you a little surprise. Now this girl is not sure if this the case, she does not know if she is really pregnant or not, but my wife Joy has been giggling all day.

Daddy Play with Me.

Daddy don't blog just play me with today. This is the mantra of my kids every night. They want to play tickle monster and have me chase them around. Usually this culminates with daddy on the bed getting jumped on by two monkeys.

I love to play with the kids but it can get distracting as well. Seems like I have so much to do everyday and very little time to do it in. But I must always remember to take time to spend with my girls. Right now I'm still their hero, their favorite person in the whole world. But they grow up so fast. Leona is now 6 and Angelina is now 4. How many more years will they want to play with daddy? How long will it be until dad is just the old guy who embarrasses me in front of my friends.

So for now I will make time to play with my monkeys. I will make time to do fun things with them. I will seize the moment before it forever slips away. I hope everyone with little ones takes the same attitude.

Bad April Fools Jokes

Everyone loves a good practical joke, but the key part is practical. Today as April fools day I have been exposed to some real stupid jokes. Today some idiot tried to spread a rumor the Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice was killed in Iraq om a visit. Someone at work called her sister to say their best friend was in a car accident and was in a coma. Another bone head called her boyfriend to say the house was on fire, and another to tell her boyfriend she was pregnant.

I'm sorry but these are not practical jokes these are foolish immature pranks that could harm other people. These are also the kind of bone head pranks make you look like an ass. So have fun on April fools day but please remember to use common sense.
